DONE! A felted Raturdae, based off of my illustration from last year. I am in love with the little white guy and I am sad to see him go to the gallery - I hope they get a good home!

It looked so well done and bigger than I expected. I loved it. I couldn't afford it but I wouldn't be able to appreciate it as well as others did. I saw people taking pictures like I was. A few artists even showed up. There was even a DJ there. I hope to see your stuff next year and congrats on the DD! Maybe getting into the gallery was good luck for you.
OMG! This is more than amazing to me. My wife and child have two rats, just like these too, and the white one, Snow (also known as Tubby, for obvious reasons) is the food stealer/hogger of the two. This depicts them so well. The illustration and the felt dolls are very well done. Great concept, excellent job.
Wow! These are easily a couple of the most whimsical and just plain appealing pieces I've seen done in needle-felting, which is a method of sculpting I really admire. Wonderful work! They'd be marvelous in any medium, but seem especially well-suited to this one.
